Registration with external mail domain

Registration with an external email address is only possible with email domains stored with Zech-IT for ZechTransfer.

An email domain is the part of an email address that appears after the "@" symbol.
 
To register an email domain, please contact your Zech Group contact or the IT Helpdesk directly.
 
The USU Shop has a corresponding order form so that the Zech-IT team can register the domain accordingly.

Registration for internal employees

Employees of the Zech Group (with a Zech IT account) cannot register because their email address is already stored.

Registration must be completed using the "AD-FS" button.

Expiration date of a user account

A user account is valid for an unlimited period of time after registration.
 
However, if no login has been logged for 365 days, the account will be deleted.
 
Internal login via ADFS is still possible. External users must be re-registered.
